The rapid proliferation of in services training
requirements within such documents as the Comprehensive
System of Personnel Development (CSPD), the District
Plan, etc. has resulted in the increased recruitment
within the limited field of skilled staff development
consultants.
Many school
districts have surpassed the basic fundamental mandates
and are reaching for the next levels of training
expertise. This agency can accommodate these needs in
such areas as instructional strategies, classroom
modifications, co-teaching, inclusionary techniques, etc.
Other services
available include CSE/CPSE training, legal issues
pertinent to all segments of the educational community,
instructional support team mentoring, academic
intervention support, etc.
Presentation at
Superintendent Conference Days, PTA functions, faculty
meetings, etc. can be utilized to enrich staff
expertise. In
addition, in service courses and workshops can be
designed in accordance with district/agency priorities.
